30 Day Return Policy
At BlingJewelry.com our return policy is 30 days, with the exception of FINAL SALE merchandise:
  • To process a return please use your original order number as your return authorization number. If your order was placed over the phone, please write, “phone order” on the outside of the box. This is your return authorization number.
    NOTE: International orders
    may not be returned for refund. If your product is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement ONLY after you email us for instructions

  • Your items must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return and these items will be shipped back to you. The only exception is during the Holiday season: Orders placed between November 1-December 25 can be returned until January 15.
  • IN ADDITION, FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
  • In order to qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers with all tags still attached. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition, thus we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, BlingJewelry.com reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit and all costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
  • When we receive your items, we will refund you the amount of the item. The original and return-shipping fees are non-refundable. If you had received a free shipping offer and your returns drop your total amount below the minimum amount required for free shipping, flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from the return. Your credit will be processed within 7 days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail to the address given on your original order, notifying you of receipt of the item and credit issued. checks.

Payment Options
We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. At this time we do not accept personal checks or money orders. Method of payments accepted for international orders are via Google Checkout or by using International credit cards.

International credit cards are processed by Google. Please allow 2-3 days for Google to verify additional information needed and all international orders are pending approval. For faster processing, we recommend Google checkout option. All orders that are not verified will be automatically declined.

$25 Flat shipping rate for all International orders - excluding Canada. All orders to Canada are a flat-rate shipping fee of $19. All orders to Canada usually take approximately 6-10 business days to ship.

PLEASE NOTE: All International orders are subject to additional verification of address, bank and bank phone number. Please provide Google with this information at checkout or your order will be placed on hold until you are contacted by a Google customer service representative.

Free Ground Shipping is applicable on all orders over $70. This site automatically defaults to ground service.

Price varies slightly depending on your shipping address. All orders are shipped from New York City. East coast shipping prices are on the lower end and West coast on the higher end.

Who will deliver my order?
Blingjewelry.com uses UPS service and USPS Global Express Mail. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How do I track my order?
The status of your order can be checked on Yahoo through the link on your confirmation order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also go to the WWW.UPS.COM and enter tracking number. For international orders go to www.USPS.com and enter tracking number.

Can I return final sale merchandise?
Final sale merchandise is ineligible for returns and exchanges. Once purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will my order leave the warehouse?
Most items are guaranteed to leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Through email you will receive notification that your order has been shipped. If there is a delay you will be contacted immediately.

Do you refund shipping charges?
Shipping charges are refunded only

  • If carrier loses package
  • An item was shipped from our warehouse broken or defective
  • We ship an incorrect item
  • Product was damaged during shipping

if we reship an item in these cases, there will be no second shipping charge.

Do you offer premium delivery service?
Yes. We offer premium next day and 2nd day air service for select items for an additional charge. Please call this toll free number 1-800-434-9905 to see if an item is available for this particular service. You may select premium delivery service options at checkout and at that time additional shipping charges are automatically added.
