Bling made an error & won't fix it

I just had major breast cancer surgery & will have another after the first of the year, so I ordered this for myself. I had my name engraved, but when it arrived, they had engraved on the front, instead of the back (as shown on the webpage) . This ruined to whole look of the necklace. I also don't want to walk around with my name plastered for all to see. THIS WAS AN ERROR BY BLING'S ENGRAVERS! (I believe this was because they sell the same necklace that has a poem on the back, so the front is the only place for engraving. But my necklace is plain on the back & was supposed to be engraved ON THE BACK (as per their own webpage) I contacted customer service & they said they are out of my necklace currently & I need to send mine back. I explained that I'm obviously not feeling up to this, as the post office lines are extremely long for the Christmas holidays & I can't stand up that long. I asked if I couldn't just send a photo of the mistake in view of my situation & THEY REFUSED TO HANDLE IT UNTIL THEY RECEIVE MY NECKLACE BACK! This was my first order from Bling & I had 3 more items I had planned on ordering, but now I will not. If only Bling had given true customer service, by considering individual circumstance, instead of standing unwaveringly by general "company policy", especially since the error was theirs, I would have placed another order. I won't be doing that unless Bling finds a heart.
