Got this today. I ordered it through Macy’s. I am disappointed that the fine chain is bent/twisted from where it was wrapped tightly around the cardboard for shipping. I can feel and see the indentations/twists left with each wrap about an inch or so apart. I can’t return it to Macys so I’ll wear it but Bling needs to figure out a different method of shipping chains. Like maybe a tiny ziplock like everyone else does.
I am a highschool senior who wanted a class ring, but didnt want to spend hundreds on a style i would hate. I am super not into large jewelry, and the only ring a wear is a stainless steel band, probably about one millimeter. I wanted a piece I could wear everyday and have engraved with my grad year and class chant. this ring was perfect for that, very delicate compared to every other option and still large enough to read the writing. I will say the engraving is very delicate as well and not super obvious at all but that was what I wanted, and i think it's visible and perfect!

Although I was expecting a bolder bracelet I have come to love this rather delicate scale bracelet that looks just like white gold and diamonds. The quality is lovely though the silver is lightweight.

I'm sure you're not wanting to hear from me. Being a past customer over the years I had 0rdered ad wedding ring set with order #151202. When I found that it was the wrong size I contacted Ceasar A of customer Service asking if I may return it for the correct size from a size 9 to a size 6. So I looked up the Bling address and shipped it to Illinois. Not hearing from any one in 2 weeks I sent to Cesar along with the tracking number. In a few days he got to me saying the tracking shows delivered to Illinois and they are in North Bergen, NJ. I asked how may I correct this so I can get the ring set. I've heard nothing in a reply. SO, I asked you how may I apply for a refund since I have nothing to show for the money I sent? It seems to me that tis isn't a big hurdle to jump, either send the size 6 to me, preferably before Valentines Day or give me my money back. David Knisley
