Got this today. I ordered it through Macy’s. I am disappointed that the fine chain is bent/twisted from where it was wrapped tightly around the cardboard for shipping. I can feel and see the indentations/twists left with each wrap about an inch or so apart. I can’t return it to Macys so I’ll wear it but Bling needs to figure out a different method of shipping chains. Like maybe a tiny ziplock like everyone else does.
I am a highschool senior who wanted a class ring, but didnt want to spend hundreds on a style i would hate. I am super not into large jewelry, and the only ring a wear is a stainless steel band, probably about one millimeter. I wanted a piece I could wear everyday and have engraved with my grad year and class chant. this ring was perfect for that, very delicate compared to every other option and still large enough to read the writing. I will say the engraving is very delicate as well and not super obvious at all but that was what I wanted, and i think it's visible and perfect!

Although I was expecting a bolder bracelet I have come to love this rather delicate scale bracelet that looks just like white gold and diamonds. The quality is lovely though the silver is lightweight.
The bracelet is not centered with the center of the wrist, the tightening straps loosen very easily with no tightening tension while wearing it, the last metal segment ball came loose from the bracelet.
TOTAL DISREGARD FOR ACCOUNTABILITY AND REFUSE MALICIUOSLY REFUSE TO RESPOND TO INQUIRIES.
I received it opened and empty. And I have been trying to reach out to customer service and no response.

The charm is beautiful and arrived in record time. However, I had mistakenly ordered two and immediately wrote and was told it had already been sent--even though I had just ordered had just written to cancel one order--I was forced to pay for two.
Stones are beautiful. Excellent quality but one stone arrived broken & loose & customer service was terrible. I had to take the time to send the earrings back instead of them just shipping me a replacement earring (after providing pictures). Sent the earrings back ‘ still haven’t heard word about the shipment & it’s been a week. Sigh.
I love my new piece of jewelry. Wore it on a cruise and got lots of compliments.
I paid for 2 day delivery, needed it in 3 days. It was not delivered until day 5. It was a gift that never happened.

The pendant is nice, but the chain is not. On another note, the 15% off promo code I received from Bling via email would not apply to the order! Were the item not needed expeditiously as a gift, I would not have gone through with the order. Bling, 15% needs to be credited to my AmEx card!

Love these. They’re a little smaller than I realized, but I should have looked at the measurement on a ruler. Still fit well. You do need to gently open them a little. Wore them for 10-12 hours without any issues.
