🔁 Return & Exchange Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

- Not in love with your purchase? 💔 Return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving it.

- Items must be in original condition — no signs of wear, damage, or alterations. This includes gift boxes and velvet pouches. 🎁

- Engraved and special order items are final sale — no returns or exchanges. ❌

- Holiday & Special Occasion Orders (Oct 15 – Jan 16, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day): Return within 45 days of delivery. 🎉

📦 How to Return

1. Securely package your item in original packaging, a padded envelope, or a small box with bubble wrap. 📬

2. Include the return/exchange form.

3. For returns over $100, we recommend insurance for protection. 💼

4. If you used a paid shipping method, that fee is non-refundable. 🚫

🕒 Processing Time

- Returns are inspected and processed within 7 business days of arrival. 🧾

- Refunds go back to your original payment method. 💳

- You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s done. 📧

⚠️ Items not in original condition or returned after 30 days will be sent back. If you reject the return, we reserve the right to liquidate the item and withhold credit.
