I've bought many Pandora charms at a much higher price yet I'm very happy with the nurse pendant I purchased brom Bling! I must add you can't even get a nurse charm from Pandora .anyway. Yes they have medical but my wife preferred blings charm. Could not ask for better delivery time. These guys and gals are simply awesome. I would not second guess ordering from them again. They offer some fantastic deals as well, not with the other company previously mentioned.
